RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Car Cave, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at Support.carcave@gmail.com.

Before returning any item, customers must contact our support team so we can review the situation and determine the best solution. In many cases, we may be able to offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or another resolution without requiring a return.

Returns are accepted only if authorized by our support team. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund.

Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect should be reported within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We reserve the right to deny return requests that do not meet the requirements of this policy.
